Challenge

Clubs need to manage member records, event attendance and communication without spreading their administration across disconnected tools.

What I built

I built a web platform using TypeScript and Next.js with Go, Rust and PostgreSQL, running on GKE. Member management, event planning and messaging share a role-based workspace with EU-only data processing.

Result

Clubs can manage members, coordinate events and communicate in one workspace, with CSV exports for data portability and a free tier for up to 15 members.

Key capabilities

  • A member directory with roles, membership status and history.
  • Event planning with confirmations, waitlists and reminders.
  • Direct messages, group chats, announcements and push notifications with role-based access.
